We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges and Returns Policy:
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please provide the invoice during the return pickup. Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
1. The product is damaged or an incorrect item was delivered.
2. The product’s seal is broken at the time of delivery.
3. The product has expired before delivery.
4. Products purchased during a sale or under the gifting category are not eligible for return or refund.
If your return request meets the above criteria, we will arrange pickup from the original delivery address. You will be notified of the expected pickup date.
For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 business days after the return pickup is completed.
If you face any delivery-related issues, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped. If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund.
Naturecure Remedies reserves the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons such as:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or informational errors
• Concerns regarding customer details or payment issues
Refunds
To ensure smooth processing in case of any missing items, please record a video while opening the parcel, clearly showing the package label and contents.
If your refund is approved by our executive team, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed based on the product’s condition.
